  1. correct Aaron, glad you corrected yourself let us look as see why:
    1- INCORRECT- this is because noncompetitive inhibitors do not bind to the active site of an enzyme
    2-CORRECT- Vmax is decreased
    3.INCORRECT- Km is unchanged in the presence of a noncompetitive inhibitor
    4.CORRECT- no products formed
